How do I buy tickets and passes?

Visit the Tickets & Passes page, select your desired products, choose quantity and date, then proceed to Stripe Checkout. A signed digital waiver at /digital-waiver is required first. View receipts at My Orders.

How do I view trail maps and conditions?

Navigate to Trail Maps for an interactive 2D map with real-time trail/lift status, crowd density heatmap, GPS tracking, and search. Use Trail Maps 3D for terrain views with OpenLayers + Cesium.

What is the Gate Judge feature?

Gate Judge is our FIS-compliant racing tool at /gate-judge that allows officials to digitally mark gates on a canvas, annotate, and export PNG reports for ski racing events.

How do I access my reservations?

Go to My Reservations to view all your bookings for lessons, rentals, and special events. You can also view saved itineraries at My Plans.

How do I manage grooming plans?

Admins can go to /admin/grooming to add and update trail grooming entries. The page features stat cards, search, status badges (Groomed/In Progress/Planned), and a collapsible create form.

How do I manage patrol incidents?

Go to /admin/patrol, select a resort, and create or manage incidents. You can triage, resolve, and assign incidents inline with severity and status badges. No more popup dialogs.

How do I set capacity limits?

Navigate to /admin/capacity, enter a Stripe Price ID and date, then set the daily capacity limit. The page shows current limits with Load/Save buttons and links to Crowd Flow and Dynamic Pricing.

How do I run system diagnostics?

Go to /admin/diagnostics to check database dataset counts (ski areas, runs, lifts), resort search index health, and API connectivity. Errors are displayed in a dedicated panel.

How do I export payroll data?

Visit /admin/payroll to select your resort, vendor (ADP, Ceridian, or QuickBooks Online), and date range. Click Export to download a CSV file. All exports are audit-logged.

How many admin modules are there?

PeakToPeak has 65 toggleable admin modules organized into 10 categories: Financial/ERP, Operations, People & HR, Safety & Guest Services, Racing, Commerce, Content & Media, Marketing, System & Admin, and more. The Marketing Center includes campaign management, templates, analytics, and integrations for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, email SMTP, Twilio SMS, and Firebase push notifications. Each module can be activated or deactivated per resort via the Resort Configurator. The platform exposes 230+ REST API endpoints, all documented in the interactive Swagger UI at /api-docs.

How do I report a lost or found item?

Visit /lost-found to search existing items or submit a report. Choose whether you lost or found an item, select a category (Clothing, Electronics, Equipment, etc.), and provide details. Admins manage items at /admin/lost-found with status tracking (Open, Matched, Claimed, Expired, Donated).

Where can I find safety alerts and tips?

Visit /safety for real-time safety alerts with severity levels (Critical, High, Moderate, Low), categorized safety tips (Skiing, Snowboarding, Lift Safety, Avalanche, Weather, First Aid), and the Alpine Responsibility Code. Admins manage alerts and tips at /admin/safety-risk.

Where can I find step-by-step tutorials?

Visit the How-To Manual at /how-to for 48+ comprehensive guides across 11 categories. Filter by role (Guest, Staff, Admin, etc.), search by keyword, and expand/collapse sections.

How do I report an emergency?

Use the SOS button on the homepage or navigate to /sos. No login is required for emergency access. Select your resort and location, then submit the alert.

What racing disciplines are supported?

PeakToPeak supports 26 FIS disciplines across Alpine Skiing (8), Freestyle Skiing (7), Cross-Country (4), and Snowboard (7). Manage races at /admin/racing.
